If I was Balanced or UBS (shareholders refusing to sell out to APA) I would keep playing this game. All the while they could be accumulating heaps of AFG and then at 11th hour give in to APA. Then magically they make on their QAN holdings plus a heap almost immediately on their AFG holdings (as AFG will easily in my mind jump at least $2 on news that the deal is going through).
