They don't need to do it. As much as Paunlin hanson fans loves to say this is Chinese, but the fact remains that they operate globally including US market and has way more customer then Selfwealth combine with stake !
They also know that they can easily attract customer by making ETF trade at zero cost like webull or zero cost ETF trading like betashares or $3 chess sponsored trade like moomoo.. so why do they pay any premium to anyone?
Customers who buy Chinese made Tesla which is one of the premium range and high cost car; as well as iphone which is also made in China will have no trouble understanding how technology works. the hatred here only from small town folks who never travelled outside little town in QLD.
