So you are suggesting that workers should give up penalty rates, sick leave, minimum wage, annual leave and loading etc etc etc bcoz the management have mismanaged the company?
Even if staff do give up their entitlements, unless you change the management, it will amount to nothing.
Stop short sighted staff screwing, and sack the CEO and BOD.
