If you are so confident that you would wish the price would fall more so you can buy even more shares, I suggest you just buy some more now at 29c. I can't see any reason why someone would really wish for a fall in their current position in order "to pick up cheaper shares". There is usually a reason why share prices fall, and they generally aren't good, surely 29c is cheap enough!
