Post June 30 buy into PMM sell Dec 04 use profit to buy REM lock stock and barrel.
Fabulous deal - no debt, neglible dillution, earnings accretive day one, solid base to attach blue sky existing "exploration / investments" (ATX - hope we get more advance notice to get set) and J/V's while giving newly put together experienced nickel management team something to get their teeth into while using exploration expertise of REM team.
CSM cash will beef up REM production then REM cashflow will fund exploration in other areas. Blue sky blue sky. I like the deal and the management team at CSM.

Marketing will be to the existing customer base for manganese / chromite. Noble Resources top 3 shareholder and Hong Kong based will have a big role to play.
Why no MOU with a Chinese company? CSM is strong and does not need to use a partner!
