Sorry bubs, how have they timed it well? They have failed in a big way so far in there attempts to own 100% of FMS through there arrogance and greed and now 47% of the shares are going to be held even tighter...... It's a FAIL as far as I can see.
However if they would of been smart and offered 5 - 7cps last year and acquired most holder then I would be saying they timed this well, they would be cringing right now and heads would be on the chopping block for not closing this deal last year. Oh well ARROGANCE AND POWER!!!!!
