What outcome are you trying to achieve with this?

Are you going to sue the company or its directors? What will this achieve? How much do you expect to get back on your investment after all the legal beagles take their cut and leave the company worth next to nothing. Sure directors insurance will cover the expenses in some way...but next year the cost of that insurance will double.

You might even get 1 cent on the dollar back and the company will dissolve because it won't be able to sustain itself as a going concern....hence every shareholder suffers.

All of this because you lack the fortitude and patience to allow the company to dig itself out of the hole it was in....which seem to be happening btw....and use your vendetta to get back some meagre scrapings from the bottom of the barrel.

You are correct though, I think all shareholders should pay attention to what you say and do as well.....because you could become more of a nuisance than you are already. I think your actions should be watched carefully and reported to the company when you get out of hand on social media.

I think you will find that the "group" is the one referred to in the 27th Sept post "Re: SPP - anyone in" as friends holding 5% of BUD shares. SG has previously said that his/her personal holding was 3 mill shares at an average of 15c so is down about 80%. Whether that 363k loss is a major part of SuperGs portfolio I don't know but if her friends have 100 plus million shares with similar paper losses you can understand the level of frustration. That said, blaming others for being in this situation is pretty pointless regardless of whether you thought you were conned or not.
My personal view is that if you hold longterm you could do very well but it won't be because they sell more lights this year than they did in 2018. Monetising the suite of "smart" technologies is where the big returns will come and if BUD can't do that, you, me , and many others will lose our bets.
