Now the insto's and MQG are involved once they crunch the numbers and see the free cash flow, they will not be happy with the great unwashed receiving any of these divi's, my call is they will borrow cheap funds from somewhere ,eg japan @1% and launch a take over,borrowed money and a good margin still leftover,the MQG business model from a few years ago,all IMHO of course:-)
