    It aint that complicated. They needed to do it to satisfy the QIC deal, They took the opportunity, got it done and are working on developing the actual project.

    Kevin is in Spain. I imagine he has some good things to say, otherwise no point on having the webinar.

    They did the deal with Oaktree as they thought they could make it work. Kevin said in the VSA interview that it had been tougher than expected, but improvements were being made.
