Going back to the initial post on this thread I hoped people would be respectful and Rob would disappear but neither happened.
Anyway for those who listened to the webinar yesterday Kevin could not answer the p question definitely but did say EQR would be company cash flow positive in October with Saloro improvement making it cash flow positive now.
MC a bit behind, but looks like my original statement was pretty close to the mark.
Then came a statement from Kevin that is similar to ones he had made before, MC will be like printing money next year, hope he is correct!
