They need to be watched. The agm papers will be sent out and I will be voting against the remuneration report and the ned's who allowed it.
Worth noting that some of the director remuneration lines are not subject to shareholder approval eg cash bonus and some options.
Post agm, I understand that the new fat controllers will reset the performance options for their own benefit, ignoring the pain that shareholders have endured thus far.
