Hmmm ... a chart from my archive that suggests probability of at least one (1) that the DOW is more likely to visit 7500 than 15000.
From 2000-02 the 34% drop as the chart was not the end of the world as we know it ... some people made money and many people lost money ... the big downside risk is from program trading.
The problemo in Oz is that the XJO has risen >73% since Mar03 and investors are sitting on a mountain of unrealised capital gains which will trigger a CGT event if liquidated. Either way a stop-loss or a tax bill equals ... mega ouch !!!
