why hold shares, let alone options in a company where you have no faith in the management???
If this information is true & i assume you knew this a while ago, why didn't you sell all of your holdings immediately, rather than come onto a forum & attempt to downramp & play with people's sentiement.
I, for one, hold PRR because I have done my own homework in the company, mnanagement & their product/s.
You sound very disgruntled & unhappy
