Having had his previous accusation about Lucy Turnbull selling shares de-bunked, Lexcorp now seems to be saying that she has failed to fully disclose her holdings in PRR.
(which would also appear to be fallacious).
Lexcorp needs to be very careful here.
It was only about 6 months ago that a company director sued a Hot Copper member for posting false information. I seem to recall the judgement was about $30,000 when the libel was proved.
Don't think for one moment that an anonymous nickname on HC protects you from being brought before the courts if you slander a high profile company director's reputation. Oh and by the way, among her many other accomplishments, L.T. is a lawyer.
