    thorburn ,i wish they would invent programmed intelligence for the legal sector (programmed lawyer) ,maybe installed in a box ,you install your legal complaint either through audio or keyboard into the box eg your ATO defense.You then take that box to court and sit it on your desk in front of you,the tax office sits on the other side with their highly paid QC's you push the play button on your little box and it states your case in legal terms with every legal precedent in history etc etc (all included in program).The expensive ATO QC's stand up and give their reply while your little box is listening and objecting if appropriate, then your little legal box replies.
    Now that would be a real worth while invention.

    I still probably believe it will be a while before 3 d printers and programmed intelligence will have a real impact on employment but i'm glad i'm middle age .Not just programmed intelligence but over population etc etc something has to give for a variety of reasons at some stage maybe 20 or 30 years or sooner.
