I guess my point is if any sector really needs reform/development it would have to be the pathetic legal system,its not justice its simply a threat to any middle class,if your poor no one will sue you as nothing to sue for,if your disabled you get free legal support.
Any assets at all and your history no matter your guilt or innocence.
