yeah it's hard to say what's happening... they have been evasive on the initial license deals in Kwanza that had been "unofficially approved" (Smythe on brr.com late last year). By now they should have had something on these. Now it seems they are looking at new patches with no clear information on the originals. Are these new ones? in the same area? they may be getting screwed by the bigger players, thats why they have brought on a lawer to the board. All speculation really. Hopefully they will give some details of the status of Kwanza basin arrangements in the quarterly.
