    They are an ethical investor, who buy holdings in companies they believe in. They usually buy and hold for their investors until a stage where they lookto take profits or cut losses. Obviously they are trying to pick what they think are the best opportunities in the market. They dont always get it right, but they have a fairly good reputation.
