    official inflation rate x 2 = closer to real inflation rate - the one the families who pay higher grocery prices and fuel and energy prices can relate to.

    Plus China which has been helping keep down global inflation with its cheap goods is running an official inflation rate of 8% plus and its workers are progressively being paid more - cheap labour is getting more expensive year by year.
