It will be an early Christmas present if it is renegotiated to $0.010. It may be a bright idea for ECM to increase the subscription price (hehehe) to $0.010 otherwise many holders may be jealous that ECM is able to secure around 60% equity ownership in ERJ at $0.005 and request for the same treatment.
