Hi Jantimot,
In the notes to financial statements 2012 page 44 and 2013 on page 35, there was bank guarantee in relation to power purchase agreement with Horizon Power but the amount was only $100,000 which was deposited with ANZ.
For accounts payable other both in 2012 and 2013, there is no disclosure in the notes to financial statements that this payable is secured by a property.
Unbelievable?
