what annoys me about all this Tulla stuff is the lack of disclosure, who agrees to all these fluffy deals. Most of the new staff have or do work for Tulla yet they are supposed to be working 'independantly' for QMN and shareholders, im not saying they are not, but it makes you think.
Tulla's head was a ex director of qmn, so is obviously close to HR, and all we see is very favourable terms, paybacks and deals handed out to them with no information to shareholders. QMN still owe Tulla 300k every quarter and still have to pay back the last $3M loan in full next year. its insane.
even the new investment firm dealing with this placement has strong links to Tulla. What is really going on here??
