    Where is the proof from PL (ASX announcements, independent announcements by Anglo/ARM/DMR)? I'm afraid anything that PL says is now not good enough. He needs to earn his credibility back. At the moment, all it is is his opinion in a private email to a shareholder.

    What does this mean preserving alternative rights?

    I have received no response from PL or the South African Department of Land Claims.
