I have posted a FACT. How is this a down ramp.
PL e mailed Dave that they had settled with Anglo.

They just to enter into commercial negotiations.

c) Anglo Platinum, Nkwe, Genorah and ARM will enter into commercial negotiations to consider joint exploitation of their respective mineral resources.

There is not announcement after this one.

If I have this wrong, please correct me with A FACT.

It's interesting that providing a fact is considered down ramping by some.
