With respect to the wear issue, I would tend to agree. It was a technical problem that apparently has been solved. The permitting, however, has a political component that to a certain extent is beyond the company's control. My guess is Glasier, Grebb, and others are formulating a response to the Colorado regulators' inquiries, and that an extended dispute between WUC and proponents of ablation licensing is possible.
