It appears as if they have been issued but it dosent say to whom. This is from page 6 of the quarterly activities report dated 15th Aug 2007.

"4. Capital Stock and Options
(i) The Corporation issued 3,400,000 shares at a price of A$0.95 per share for
proceeds of $2,747,248 pursuant to a private placement in May 2007.
(ii) The Corporation issued 250,000 shares at a price of A$0.42 per share
pursuant to the option agreement over the Copper Cliff project in May 2007.
(iii) The Corporation issued 2,750,000 stock options at A$0.50 per share, expiring
on May 25, 2012 and recognized stock based compensation expense of
$856,164 relating to the grant of the stock options."
