"Capitalization
The Corporation had 99,419,105 shares outstanding at October 31, 2007. In addition, the Corporation has 7,850,000 options outstanding of which 5,100,000 are exercisable at A $0.10 per share and expire on May 25, 2011 and 2,750,000 are exercisable at A$0.50 per share and expire on May 26, 2012."
Dosent look at all like they have been issued yet or if they will be.
