Like all organisations Cuz, the culture permeates from the top down & it was my distinct impression a few AGM's ago that the top bloke doesn't give a rat's rear end about anyone but himself & most particularly about shareholders.

I had the unfortunate 'pleasure' of meeting a director of another company that GT was previously a director of & this guy has enormous distain for the rank & file shareholders.
He sees them (us) as "riding on his coat-tails", making money off his talent & effort.
Needless to say my money will never flow into any company that that guy is associated with.

The longer I'm in this game the greater the weight I give to the quality of management when doing DD
