I have heard from the company that vc jv is progressing.

There are heads of agreement requirements that are progressing between relevant parties.

Mostly to do with highly confidential commercial material that exists regarding arup specs and coal reserves.

vc chairman is due to negotiate with the company pre xmas.

This initial agreement must cover all aspects envisaged for the next 20 years and will not be a simple document.

Very frustrating times for holders of small cap shares while we wait for risk phobia to abate.

There is a lot of misinformation out there at the moment regarding the volatility of economies, energy, base, and precious metals etc..

Brokers and institutions are hungry to make some ink entries that are any colour but red, and will do it dog eat dog.

imo iron ore contracts will be renegotiated around 20% lower than the highs of 2008, and energy consumption will rise be around 3 to 6%...coal prices will not collapse as has been suggested.

I have seen speculative future coal prices ranging from minus to plus percentages.

Strategic coal alliances that were frayed pre Kosmas need reworking imo.

I would be happy to see the co offer that particular party incentives to re board the ect Coldry enterprise in particular.
