I put it down to:
- the new shallow oil pool discovery (cheap extraction and more reserves)
- the new discovery in adjacent concession (reset tax/royalty)
plus all the usual - well run company, no debt, very low cost producer, significantly growing reserves, lots of upside potential, came off undervalued base, etc, etc :-)
