The deal was a poor one for BD1 IMO....well at least so far.
They will need to put some runs on the board but the merger has given us a pretty hefty MC for a tiny revenue stream.
The quarterly will be interesting. If there is not a pretty big uplift in revenue then the slide will continue IMO.
I don't like consolidations on no news.
They should have waited until they had something big coming and did it then.
