Progress towards the mining code - AKO Thread, page-21

I have a large holding in EVG and as such, like yourself, I am constantly on the look out for updates out of Madagascar regarding the Mining Code.... I find it is sometimes like looking for teeth In my chooks' beaks

As you know, an article in L'Express back in May noted that a draft decree to implement the Code was being passed on to "higher authorities" by the Minister. I noticed you posted the article on here - we also had discussions about it on our forum.

I'm seeking your comments (to see if you agree with me that there has been no formal Enactment Decree as yet.... to the best of my knowledge and research capabilities).
