I think you lads need to check the definition of "tangible progress".

I think it refers more to something actually being achieved rather than something being talked about.

By your reckoning we have had "tangible progress" at Sengkang LNG, PNG LNG , Abbott Point LNG etc etc.

The reality is much more modest or uncertain at best.

To Delinvestor- i don't think there is too much of Sino-Forest to be played out ,they filed for bankruptcy monday, it was a scam and Chandler has done his money cold.

As for the LNG modules , if they were simply waiting for Sengkang POD approval as Umbshebi states, i understood that occurred last year so why aren't they at Sengkang now or was the POD approval also a little ambiguous.
