Before Fukushima nuclear disaster, PDN was not in a much better position where had over US$600m debt and had a market cap of over $2 billion.
But now, PDN has gross debt of about US$420m, net debt of about US$240m, but only has a market cap of $342m.
With restart of Japanese nuclear power stations and double nuclear power plants in China in 5 years time, PDN will be a great long term bet, IMO.
