Hi there Pactolus,

Please refer to "Ann. Half Yearly Report and Accounts" dated Nov 28, 2017.

References can be found on Page 3 of Appendix 4D at the start of this report, and again further down under "a) Going Concern" on Page 11.

The fund raising seems to be based on a continuing expansion of 9Spokes business, and therefore is for the right reasons. Once cash outflows can be covered by cash inflows i will feel more comfortable. Good long-term investment in my opinion.
