Thanks for sharing... am honestly abit blind sighted about many, and how far ahead PYC competitors are, as they already started human efficacy testing and reported claims, I.e. rescuing sight, reversing blindness (I thought we were unique in regards to that).
I guess other holders are too hence the recent sell down to 14c.
I have in my notes 1H 2023 as the earliest for PYC human safety trials, and then efficacy through to 2024, so three more years at least away before catching up to where our competitors are today.
Is there any way we can accelerate timeframes via FDA orphan status / paed voucher? These haven’t been mentioned since PYC’s last failed attempt.
