Bill read thru a few different blogs today and not sure what sort of weight things like this will carry in the decision making at this stage.
This was on a general fracturing blog and someone in Quebec penned the bottom reply to etc

Later maybe when it some to more intense exploration it may poke its head up.
After all the moment they are only planning one exploration well i think it is.
ANyway a couple more weeks will tell and then it goes before the Quebec Ministry of Natural Resources for a final inking.
