Thats right akq, the supply agreement to the utility came earlier than I thought it would. PEN must not have any doubt whatsoever that they will be producing next year.
We must remember that PEN's application to the NRC is the first under a NRC initiated streamlined process.
The MoA between WDEQ and USEPA is a part of that new process and there is also a MOU between NRC and BLM which was also designed to help expediate the permitting of ISR mines.
