    Why haven't condition precedence been met? That's within our control. Let's have everything in place so when we get the waiver its all systems go.

    Honestly, as you say NOTHING has progressed since the original announcement. That's why Jason is upholding his continuous disclosure. No progress = no updates.

    Can you show just one box that has been ticked or are they ALL "work in progress"?
