Noble deal debt funding is being finalised
Resource is being defined via drilling.
Sinosteel have tested and proved the high quality and low contaminent nature of our Manganese.
Another major Chinese player has tested and proved the high quality and low contaminent nature of our Manganese.
A Sinosteel binding agreement has been signed and is currently being filled.
The Zambian government fully supports Kaboko MINING and has provided dozens of tax concessions and incentives.
The Kaboko MINING board has technical, political, financial and resource expertise.
Celtic fully supports Kaboko MINING and has a loan that can be fully converted to shares on terms which are exceptional for shareholders
Machinery is on site and is being used
Living quarters have been established and employees are working on site
Our drill rig has been repaired and is being used by a mining services company.
Roads have been constructed.
Logistics have been proven.
