As for Celtic, you have the wrong impression of my opinion. KAB needed the money. Celtic provided it. I have no problem with it. But it's a stretch to sell it as some exceptional deal. It was the WORST possible deal allowable under asx listing rules. ie the maximum allowable discount. That can't be sugar coated. And to sweeten the deal it had sizeable upfront fees.
