Fact:
ASX waiver still not granted.
Condition precedence still not met.
Shareholder approval still not granted.

Ofcourse we can be forward looking. They MAY all be resolved shortly. They may not. Personally I expect finalisation shortly. But Im not willing to misrepresent in the meantime.

As you know the deadline for "soon" and the guidance the company gave has now past. That means their are more unforseen circumstances. Until we hear new timing you are only guessing.

Unlike you, I actually asked the question about drilling. I know what day it is scheduled to begin. Don't guess. Ask.
