Better be something in a day or so or management's credibility goes down a notch.
Many small companies just don't get the shareholder communication right - they miss self-imposed deadlines and don't understand that this erodes investor confidence.
BOK is particularly sensitive to this, because the current management is essentially the old PLY, which has been a producer, while the SXG shareholders have been hanging out for a payday since listing in early 2008.
It is also a concern that the CFO seems to be in charge of PR - at least he's been signing off on recent announcements. It's a rare breed with the talent to manage both the books and PR with the expertise expected of a listed entity. Contracting a PR expert ensures a timely and consistent flow of information to market, while freeing up others to focus on their core roles.
