SwMiller i think about 12-16 months ago they released a fancy time chart of what the next 5 years would be. From memory 2015 was completion and testing ceto 5. End of 2016 i believe when ceto 6 would also be in the water and tested and large scale deployment/contracts 2016 onwards. Hope that helps point you in the right direction.

Yes CWE has now had a long standing issue with disclosing much of there information. I for one feel it must be some sort of breach but others dont seem to think so.

Surely they did some kind of cost projection on Ceto 5 based on the kw performance they hoped to achieve. They should have known if it would be marketable before they proceeded with building and deployment of ceto 5 garden island. This unfortunately leads me to believe its a joke/major rookie error. These questions still cannot be answered.
