So what is the latest take on the prospects here? I guess the excess supply of stock will continue in to 30 June. Having invested in a couple of bonds through FIIG, it is the Duration issue. You have to be prepared to hold through to maturity. And us humans all die at some stage whereas investment funds can hold to maturity thus picking up margins above ‘mark to market’ losses in the shOrt end of the maturity profile.
