Honesty is a real stregth with ATV.
It would appear there is going to be a delay with organising the 70 million but perhaps that is not a bad thing with the current turmoil in the markets.
There is a very strong possibility that over the next few months the gold price could rise very strongly coming up to and through the US Elections and gold blasting through $1000 would create a far greater awareness of gold and solid gold companies with robust projects that should make raising funds easier.

The funds being requested now by ATV will enable them to continue the projects advancement and let them buy up the necessary properties so that everything is ready to go once the mining permit etc come through and project funding is subsequently arranged.
