I think that the market is re-evaluating the potential of the renewables sector and its not seeing the returns that were being envisaged. The rate of change to renewables has sagged and the commitments by Governments has been severely lacking. They have been great on the talk but faltering when it comes to the walk. The outcome of the COP 28 meeting is critical to the future of renewables. If the outcome is anything less than a clear path to eliminating fossil fuels by 2050, then future for all renewable players, including Lynas, is looking very bleak. Get ready for <$4 if the COP28 doesn’t deliver.
