Sorry but the government is beyond hope. I want lots of investors around for Lynas recovery. If price drops to where I think it will they people will become discourage sell and never come back. Look at how long DOT COMS and Banking have taken to recover. People think U down ramp to buy at a lower price. This is not true. I buy when the future looks like it will have good growth in earnings and revenue. It is that pattern I will buy into. I always miss the bottom. Thats fine I also miss most of the big losers as well.
