But check the value of the mine on the balance sheet; not the machinery there but the hole in the ground and ore. Zero!
Your reasoning suggests it's valueless while I believe it's priceless.
They're a profitable, rapidly expanding business even at this low point in the global NdPr market.
Demand for their product is growing strongly.
Potential ROW competitors' barrier to entry is huge (resource, IP, $$ and customer relationships).
