I have been in since 38c --so about the same time as you.
I don't know about Singapore and Malaysia contracts [ I do hope they eventuate] but I know that one of the bigger pictures is defense and the AUKUS treaty, the latest announcement [and reading between the lines] shows that to get the defense contracts over the line the company needs to be home ported in Aust not Singapore.
